Wet sanding is a process of using water to pack sand into the joints and edges. Dry sanding is the process of brooming dry sand into the joints and edges and blowing excess sand off.
Speaking from experience, dry sanding is more effective and long-lasting. Dry sanding thoroughly fills in joints and edges completely, leaving no wiggle-room for instability.
Sealing ensures that your investment is protected from staining, mildew buildup, and damage from outside elements. Not only is sealant functional as a long-lasting shield, but it also enhances the final product’s beauty!
Yes, we offer color options. Using color with sealing is usually done when pavers are old and have faded, but is an option for other types as well.
There are various paver styles and color options. Based on your paver’s original color and what you are looking for, we will create a fine-tuned color mix to be applied when sealing.

They can be lifted or possibly removed. As more time passes, these stains have a smaller chance of coming clean and could be impossible to remove in some cases. Although, we can lift older oil stains so they are not as noticeable.
Similarly to treating oil stains, rust stains can be removed and/or lifted depending on factors such as how long the stain has been there, if it was sealed into the surface previously, etc.
